How to Attend the Conference?

If you plan to attend CICC-11, please read the follow information carefully.

Step 1: Learn the details about CICC-11

Please scan through this website thoroughly to get complete information about the conference.

We will announce the plenary lecturers soon when the information is confirmed.

You may find A list of Symposia in the website, where a brief introduction to each symposium and a list of invited speakers are given.

Step 2: Please submit the abstract to us before January 1, January 30, 2019.

Important: The deadline for abstract submission is extended to January 30, 2019.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as early as possible when we receive the abstract from you. And then, we will inform you the acceptance of your abstract before January 10, 2019. Once you receive the acceptance letter from us, you may start to make the registration (Step 3).

If you wish to attend the conference but do not plan to give any presentation at the conference, you may go directly to the Step 3.

Step 3: Please submit the Registration Form to us before February 1, 2019.

We suggest you to pay the registration fees as early as possible.

Please keep in mind that any changes or cancellation of the registration should be made before April 1, 2019.

Step 4: Applying for a Visa

If you need an invitation letter for visa application, please complete and return the Personal Data Sheet to us together with the Registration Form. We will prepare a Private Invitation Letter and email it to you within one week. We suggest that, once you receive the Private Invitation Letter from us, you had better to contact the Chinese Embassy immediately to check its suitability for visa application. If an Official invitation letter is needed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Step 5: Hotel reservation

The information of hotel reservation will be given in the webpage before January 1, 2019. If you needs to reserve a hotel room for your stay during the conference, please complete and return the Hotel Reservation From to us before March 1, 2019.

Please keep in mind that any changes or cancellation of hotel reservation should be made before May 1, 2019.

Step 6: Preparation for attending the Conference

The first draft of the Scientific Programme will be e-mailed to all the registered participants for review before April 15, 2019. The participant will be kindly asked to return their comments within one week. And then, the Scientific Programme will be fixed and sent to press. An electronic version of the Final Programme will be uploaded to the conference website before May 1, 2019.

Each participant should prepare a PPT file for his/her oral (invited) presentation or a poster (about 2 m high and 1 m wide) for his/her poster presentation before the conference.

In the middle of April of 2019, we will send an e-mail to all the registered participants to provide detailed information about the transportation, the on-site registration, the hotel reception, and the academic and the social activities during the conference.

Step 7: Attending the conference

The conference will be held form May 25 to 29, 2019.

Please keep in mind that the on-site registration will start at 9:00 in the morning of May 25 and all the academic and the social activities will be arranged during May 26 to 29.

During the conference, we will ask the Travel Service to arrange some One-Day tours for the participates. Details will be announced in the Travel Service webpage.

It is suggested that all the participants has better to arrive at Kunming before the evening of May 25, 2019, to make the on-site registration.

Step 8: Submitting the full-length manuscript

Participants who plan to publish a paper in the Conference Proceedings are kindly asked to visit the Proceedings webpage to learn the details.

Please keep in mind that the deadline for full-length manuscript submission is June 15, 2019.
