Development of BaTiO3 nanocube 3D-architectures with high dielectric properties via solution based self-assembly process

Dr. Ken-ichi Mimura is a senior research scientist at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. He received his Doctor of Engineering degree from Nagoya University in 2010. After receiving PhD, he joined AIST as a post-doctoral researcher in 2010.After that, he served as a researcher and thecurrent position in 2013 and 2017, respectively. His research interests are synthesis of shape-controlled nanocrystals via solution process, 3D self-assembly process of the nanocrystals with high ordering, fabrication of inorganic/organic nanomaterials, and characterization of dielectric and ferroelectric materials.
