cofired ceramics

Dr. Jau-Ho Jean is the founder of ACX Corp., which is the leading manufacturer of high frequency ceramic devices and modules for wireless communication in Taiwan. He is also a professor of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Tsing Hua University. He earned his Ph.D. in ceramics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining National Tsing Hua University, he held positions in the US industry. His work on multilayer electronic ceramic devices has resulted in more than 120 SCI-journal publications and 40 patents. Dr. Jean is a Fellow of the American Ceramic Society and the Materials Research Society-Taiwan.
