low energy recoils of nuclear materials
Bin Liu is a Professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shanghai University. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2010, and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Kyoto University, at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and at University of Tennessee. In 2015, he was awarded Eastern Talent Professor Program from Shanghai City and joined in Shanghai University. His current research involves the use of theory and computation to explore the structure-function relationship in a wide range of materials. He has authored and co-authored more than 40 papers in physics, chemistry and materials science journals and has more than 300 citations.

Some young Chinese Scholars are also invited to CICC-10 (see list)
